These House Rules & Terms & Conditions are created to support a safe, respectful and nurturing environment for everyone who visits Healing Touch Amsterdam. They reflect our values of care, clarity and mutual respect.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these House Rules & Terms & Conditions.
All sessions are intended to promote relaxation, balance and well-being. They are complementary practices and not a replacement for medical care or diagnosis.
To offer you the best and safest care, we kindly ask you to share any relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies or pregnancy before your session. This helps us adapt the treatment to your needs with full respect and sensitivity.
If you are under medical treatment or unsure whether a session is suitable for you, we invite you to consult your healthcare professional beforehand.
In rare cases where a treatment may not be supportive to your current health situation, we may suggest postponing or adjusting the session.
All sessions are offered by appointment.
You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. This allows space for other clients who may be waiting for a session.
Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment — or not arriving for the appointment — will be charged the full session fee.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to offer you a meaningful session within the remaining time. The full fee still applies.
Healing Touch Amsterdam is a gentle, professional healing environment. We ask all clients to enter the space with kindness and respect.
Any behaviour that feels inappropriate, aggressive, sexual or disrespectful will not be accepted, as it disrupts the safety and integrity of the space.
Should such behaviour occur, the session may be ended immediately, and the full fee will be charged.
Everything shared during our sessions — verbally, emotionally or in written form — is held with complete confidentiality.
Your personal data will only be used for communication, session preparation and administrative purposes.
Information is never shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
Payment is due at the end of the session (or before, depending on your booking method).
If you use a gift card or voucher (if applicable), it can be redeemed according to the conditions provided at the time of purchase.
Each body is unique, and every healing journey unfolds differently. While we are committed to offering our full presence and professional care, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
By participating in a session, you take responsibility for sharing accurate health information and for your own well-being.
Healing Touch Amsterdam cannot be held liable for indirect or unforeseen effects resulting from the session.
These House Rules & Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time to support clarity and alignment with best practices.
